& CONDITIONS
- AB Design web pages may have FREE basic
changes to existing elements made for the
first 30 days. Unreasonable or
complex changes in that period may incur
a charge. Changes made after the 30 day
period will incur a site maintenance fee.
- The quality of photographs and text
supplied by clients' is the clients'
responsibility, however, Tone will
provide text editing and photographic
retouching as part of the service. Tone
is happy to provide typesetting and
photographic services at clients'
request. Charges outlined here.
- Tone will provide updating &
maintenance services upon request at
normal charges. Limited training to
existing clients is available at 50% off
the normal hourly charge, and additional
training as required.
- All care is taken to present and deliver
clients' websites and a backup is kept,
however, it is the clients'
responsibility to ensure they keep a
backup copy of their site.
- AB Design takes no responsibility or
liability for the performance of site
hosts or any external services such as
Hotmail, Geocities, counters, scripts or
website address re-directors etc.
- All clients' site contents built by AB
Design is the clients' responsibility in
regard to Australian and International
laws and treaties. Tone will not be held
liable.
- Terms are 30 days net. Any outstanding
balance will incur a 10% charge each and
every month it remains overdue! Any
recovery costs are payable by the client.
- For security reasons, the full business
name, ABN, address of business, phone
number, proprietors full name and other
details have been withheld from this
site. These details are on invoices, but
may be obtained for client reference by
emailing Tone.
Rest assured, this is a legitimate
business.
- This business has a registered ABN, but
is not required to register for the GST
component of the new Australian Tax
system. This means that no GST is payable
by my clients or me! (Just the usual tax
return at the end of the year.) So . . . SAVE
